Managing Director with over 40 years experience in the technology welding engineering industry. A receipient of many local awards for excellence, he thrives on teaching the youth the craft he has mastered over the years. Mr Kim in addition to his skills has a passion for collaborative thinking with all stakeeholders. He is known for his generosity and good faith approach with his clients and his people. He can also host a pretty good feast, Korean barbeque style!

This is the backbone of TWE. The admin team’s commitment to consistant attention to detail, allows the business to run smoothly, compliant and up to date with standards, guidelines, regulations and innovation. From accounts to payroll to onboarding, there is nothing these girls cannot do. This team actively pursues knowledge to share among the TWE team, demonstrating initiative and camaraderie.

We have a strong executive team comprising of an operations manager that works closely with the project managers, supervisors and team leaders. Together they consistently deliver projects on time and budget, adhering to client specifications, workplace health and safety and quality assurance.
