SCOPE OF WORK
Complete reline of the Bluescope Steel (BSL) No.5 Blast Furnace.
TWE were assigned the overall responsibility for the following activities;
- Furnace Top, Furnace Proper and Cooling System Demolition.
- Refurbishment of Shell, Hydraulic pipework Installation and structural steelwork at Bluescope Steel's No.5 Blast Furnace Port Kembla.
The part supply, fabrication and installation reline took approximately 150 x 24hr working days.
